  • Developed long-range economic recovery plans for clients whom have no wage earning capacity; utilizes consultants to assist in developing a plan for economic recovery and have obtained orders from Court to fund same as a part of divorce.
  • Prevailing attorney in the Interest of NDG, a minor child and JJG, minor child; 20 Kan App 2d 17 (1994); issue whether one parent's parental rights may be severed while other parent's rights maintained and that parent is providing suitable home for minor children
  • Represented Ruth Ann Messner in divorce from Roe Messner, former P.T.L. church builder that married Tammy Faye Bakker. Discovery, research and analysis assisted in the indictment of Roe Messner for bankruptcy fraud. In addition to legal representation of the divorce, handled public relations requests from local and national print and television media.
